The first aid certificate courses have
been conducted by our experienced instructors._
All the courses, focused on both theoretical and practical aspects,
are geared to the needs of students in different age groups._
It is hoped that our students, after completing these courses, can apply
what they have learned and provide assistance to those in need, and
to protect themselves as well as others.
Macau Red Cross School is committed to
promote and generalize the precise first aid knowledge by providing
free lectures to the non-profit organizations, education institutions

Macau Red Cross School has been registered with the
Education and Youth Affairs Bureau, and is recognized by the Macau SAR
for providing first aid courses.
* All fees charged for the course/seminar are to be credited to the Disaster Relief Foundation/Youth Development Foundation.
* Those who have passed the course will need to reissue the certificate if they lose the certificate, and the fee will be MOP 50 per certificate.
* For seminar participants, if they need to apply for an individual attendance certificate, the fee is MOP 50 per certificate; for group attendance certificates, the fee is MOP 100 per certificate per session.
* Enrollment Procedure: Complete the enrolment form via online registration form/ digital enrolment form at our cashier, together with a copy of personal identification and two (1 inch) recent photos.
*Our volunteers or students: Show the valid Macau Red Cross volunteer card / valid full-time student card for 30% discount.

Important Notes:
. Complete the application form online/digital application form at Macau Red Cross school cashier, together with a copy of personal identification card and two (1 inch) recent photos.
2. For volunteers or students: Please show the valid Macau Red Cross volunteer card / valid full-time student card to enjoy 30% discount.
3. Students have a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of registration. For details, please visit Macao Consumer Council website.
4. Students will be responsible for the fees incurred due to the refund, such as the handling fee of the electronic payment system, etc.
5. If the course cannot be conducted on the designated date, the course will enter into the refund procedure; the original receipt must be presented in the refund procedure.
6. Students who have completed the application will receive a voucher for this course, which must be presented during class. Please keep it properly until the end of the course.
7. Macau Red Cross reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course if there is insufficient number of students enrolled.
8. Good physical health will be required during the operating section of the course. Please access your health conditions before applying. If you are pregnant, please consult our staff.
9. In principle, the application of the course must be done by the applicant in person. If it is done by a third party/parent, please present the applicant's authorization letter and write "xxx on behalf of the applicant" beside the signature.
10. The information provided by the applicant is used for this course only.
11. Macau Red Cross reserves the right to amend the terms without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of disputes.
12. If there is any inconsistency between the English translation and the original Chinese text, the original Chinese text shall prevail.
