Around 6:00 p.m. on September 30, 2017 (last year), I, Liu
X Da, after check-in and waited for my flight to Kaohsiung of Taiwan, at the
lobby of the Macau International Airport, I had an acute myocardial infarction
and shock. With the assistance of the police, a Red Cross Medical Care Unit
first-aider rushed to the scene and implemented first aid for ten minutes, which
helped regaining my normal heartbeats and respiration, I was then transported
by a Fire Service Bureau ambulance to the Conde Sao Januario Central Hospital,
where I was saved by receiving comprehensive treatments. My friend got information
from Ms. Scarlett Chan, assistant supervisor of the EVA Airways Airport Macau
Office, that your first-aider who salvaged me was Mr. Ng.
This letter is my lofty gratitude to your organization and
Mr. Ng, who revived my life with his professionalism. However, I have to apology
sincerely for my belated appreciations. Right now, I am having post surgery
recuperation in Taiwan, and will return to work sometime next month. I wish
I will have the opportunity to pay a visit to your organization and able to
express my personal thanks to Mr. Ng.
