2008 'Special Contribution for Earthquake Disaster Relief Award', is presented to Macau Red Cross by the Red Cross Society of China, recognizing the outstanding disaster relief work for the Sichuan catastrophic earthquake.
2007 Macau Red Cross has been honored by the Red Cross Society of China as an 'Advanced Group of the National Red Cross System on Disaster Relief Services'._ In the same year, Dr. Philip Chou Kuok-Hei, President of the Directive Council has also been honored as an 'Outstanding Individual of the National Red Cross System on Disaster Relief Services'.
2005 'Indian Ocean Tsunami Special Award' conferred by the Red Cross Society of China in praising Macau Red Cross for the remarkable relief contributions for the post devastating earthquake and tsunami disaster in the Indian Ocean region.
2003 'Order of Merit in Benevolence', awarded by the Macau SAR Government, affirming and commending Macau Red Cross for its tremendous efforts on local social issues.
