Picture of the actual site prior to the 8.7 landslide in Zhouqu county.  It was taken in 2008 by the Disaster Relief Affairs personnel during a site visit for the 5.12 post-quake reconstruction projects in Gangsu province.

Mr. Owen Wong, Head, and Mr. Paul Poh, officer of the Disaster Relief Affairs Department went for an inspection at the landslide affected areas in Zhouqu.

On behalf of the Macau Red Cross, Mr. Owen Wong, Head of the Disaster Relief Affairs Department signed a memorandum of intent on reconstruction projects with the representative of the Gangsu Branch, Red Cross Society of China.
