設計理念：是次創作概念以十週年創作為主，使用了紅十字會最初標誌，紅十字紅新月，巧合今次是回歸中國紅十字會十週年。人物方面，分別用了黑白兩種色代表，呼籲紅十字會不會有種族歧視，同心協力去辦事。
